Our location in the south west Pacific ocean, situated almost opposite Europe on the globe, positions us ideally to provide quality overnight support and operations for customers based in the UK or Europe.

What about Timezones, Languages, Processes?

Our New Zealand timezone (+12/+13 ahead of UTC) allows us to provide overnight support and operations to the European (+11/+12 ahead of CET) and UK timezones.

From approximately late March to October, we are:

  • 10 hours ahead of CEST - (8am Paris = 6pm Auckland)
  • 11 hours ahead of BST - (8am London = 7pm Auckland)
  • 12 hours ahead of UTC

From approximately October to March, we are:

  • 12 hours ahead of CET - (8am Paris = 8pm Auckland)
  • 13 hours ahead of GMT - (8am London = 9pm Auckland)
  • 13 hours ahead of UTC

We also adjust our rosters to account for public holidays in our clients' regions.

All of our staff speak English and we have native speakers of French, German, Dutch, Polish, and Russian; support in European languages is available by negotiation.

We adapt our support service to interface with your preferred alerting, incident management, and change control processes.
